Deine Aufgaben
- Serviceorientierte Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von komplexen, überwiegend technischen Anfragen unserer Kunden am Telefon und über unser Ticket-System
- Bearbeitung von prozess-, produkt- und anwendungsspezifischen Händler– und Kundenanforderungen mit dem Stammwerk in England
- Durchführung von produktspezifischen Trainings
- Unterstützung bei Garantie- und Kulanzfällen
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baumaschinen-, Landmaschinen- oder Nutzfahrzeugtechnik, gerne mit entsprechender Qualifikation (z.B. Ingenieur Maschinenbau, Techniker oder Meister)
- Versierter Umgang mit computergestützten Diagnosesystemen, Microsoft Office und idealerweise Know-how im Umgang mit Telemetrie-Systemen
- hohe Flexibilität und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
