Die DGS GmbH ist exklusiver Handelspartner von JCB und betreut Kunden aus Bauwirtschaft, Landwirtschaft und der Industrie. Zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs suchen wir einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter für die Region 99100 Döllstädt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Strategischer und operativer Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets für JCB Land- und Baumaschinen
- Führung unserer Gebietsverkäufer mit Fokus auf Performance und Zielerreichung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien
- Verantwortung für ein nachhaltiges Wachstum im gesamten Vertriebsgebiet
- Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Angebots- und Preisstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und dem Hersteller
- Regionale Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Branchenveranstaltungen / Messen und bei strategisch wichtigen Kunden
Dein Profil
- Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams leistungsorientiert zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Land- oder Baumaschinen sind vorteilhaft
- Eine strategische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise in Kombination mit Durchsetzungsstärke
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie souveränes, verbindliches Auftreten auf allen Entscheidungsebenen
